The information below applies if you are renting the ballroom for a wedding, special event or meeting/conference.
Ballroom will seat up to 250 guests.

• Tables and chairs. Inventory:

• 5 trash cans with 12 trash bags
• Use of the bride’s room, which has full length mirror, hooks for hanging dresses and seating.
*Latest time block available is 11:001m-11:00pm.
*1 event attendant will be on site during your event. (Required) Attendant is responsible for unlocking and locking conference center.
• Tables and chairs will be setup according to the submitted layout.
• Must follow all guidelines and policies for the center.
• An appointment is necessary to tour the facility, complete a contract or to make a payment.
Major cleaning:
Client is responsible for clearing tables, taking out trash, making sure that floor is free of excessive debris, wiping down tables and removing personal items.
Wedding Rehearsals:
There will be a $200 rental rate + $150 event attendant fee for use of the building for a wedding rehearsal. It cannot exceed 2 hours and is not guaranteed to be available on the night before the wedding.
Events serving alcohol:
Alcohol is allowed for private events (not open to the public); however, it cannot be sold, only served/distributed by an approved alcohol vendor or bartender. A $50 non-refundable alcohol permit fee must be paid to City Hall's occupational tax clerk. Client must also provide the alcohol/bartenders license to serve and transport alcohol, and they must be licensed within the state of Georgia.
